    Please tell me how to apply these tattoos. They don't seem to work with water and they don't seem to peel...thank you!

    I wear them to festivals, or to see djs at events. I cut the shape so I use only the portion that I want. Such a cute addition to my look. They last forever! Best to remove with makeup remover. I keep coming back to this site to purchase different designs and they are all cute!
